Looking for a coffee that’s fruity, sweet, and beautifully balanced? Double Ethiopia delivers exactly that. This distinctive blend combines washed Limu beans with naturally processed (unwashed) Jimma beans, roasted to a smooth medium profile in Ethiopia.

The bright, fruity notes of the washed Limu beans pair seamlessly with the warmer, sweeter flavors of the unwashed Jimma beans, creating a rounded cup with depth, sweetness, and harmony.

Both coffees are grown in ancient forest landscapes at elevations between 1,600 and 1,800 meters. These biodiverse regions are true coffee heartlands, where beans grow under natural forest canopies and nature thrives all around.

In Limu and Jimma, Moyee partners directly with local farming families who earn living incomes — a FairChain model that’s shaping a more sustainable future for coffee.

After harvest, ripe red cherries are brought to Moyee’s own washing station in Limu. Some cherries are carefully washed and slowly dried, while others are sun-dried with the fruit intact, allowing the beans to absorb natural sweetness. Much of this meticulous processing is carried out by women from the local community.

The green beans are then roasted locally at Moyee’s Ethiopian roastery, creating jobs and ensuring that at least 50% of the coffee’s value stays in Ethiopia.

To guarantee freshness, the beans are immediately packed using a nitro-flush process that removes oxygen from the bag. Each pack includes a production (PRD) date, so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted — fresh, traceable, and responsibly made.
