Refund policy

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 365 days, so don't worry about running out of time. We can only accept unopened packets. 

We can't accept returns for gift cards. 

Refunds and exchanges

If you need to return an item, just get in touch with us at info@storkbox.ie. If you want to replace the item/items with another of equal value, we will action the exchange for you straight away and send you the new products. We will include a free shipping label in the box which you can then use to send back the unwanted items. If money is owed to you after the exchange, we will refund you. If the new order costs more, we will send you an invoice. If you want a full refund and no exchange that is no problem. Just send the items back to us and when we receive the items, we will refund you the full amount. 

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 32 Eallagh, Headford, Galway, H91 VPN0, Ireland

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you are exchanging for other items, in which case we will send a label for free in the new order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
