For those who believe three beans are better than one, African Triple delivers depth, intensity, and balance in every cup. This powerful blend brings together three carefully selected coffees from East Africa, with the current batch sourced from organic farms in Uganda, near the fertile slopes of Mount Elgon.

Each cooperative contributes its own character, shaped by volcanic soils, high altitudes, and rich biodiversity. The result is a full-bodied, complex coffee with notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, caramel, and ripe fruit, finished with a gentle sweetness and moderate acidity.

Roasted to a medium profile at our FairChain roastery in Nairobi, this blend offers an intense flavor experience with a smooth, elegantly bitter aftertaste. Expect rich caramel aromas, balanced bitterness, and a satisfying strength — an ideal coffee to kick-start your day.

The beans are grown by three coffee cooperatives operating in the Mount Elgon region, a volcanic area renowned for its fertile soil and lush ecosystems. Farmers here produce fully organic coffee with green-bean cupping scores between 82 and 84, reflecting exceptional quality.

After harvest, ripe red cherries are delivered to the washing station, where they are carefully washed and slowly dried on raised beds to preserve flavor and consistency.

Roasting and packaging take place in Kenya, ensuring that at least 50% of the coffee’s value stays in East Africa — supporting local jobs and communities.

To lock in freshness, the beans are immediately nitro-flushed after roasting, removing oxygen from the packaging. Each bag includes a production (PRD) date, so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted.
